THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN

A socially out-casted teenager Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) spends his time in unravelling the mystery of his parents. Simultaneously tries to win the heart of his high school sweetheart Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone), the daughter of a cop! Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase belonging to his father, who abandoned him when he was a child, which leads him to his father's former research partner, Dr. Curtis Connors. The discovery of his father's secret, and an encounter with a genetically altered spider, will ultimately shape his destiny to become "Spider-Man" and bring him face to face with Connors, who becomes the Lizard.

The cops on one side considering Spiderman as threat to law and order and the Lizard on the other makes Spiderman work even more difficult! He promises Gwen’s father that he would stay away from her for her safety apparently he is not good in keeping promises.

With superb animation and special effect Marc Webb (that ironic) has given the audience a treat for eyes for 2 Amazing hours! Andrew remarkably pulled Spiderman’s character without reminding of Tobey Maguire. Sweet and sexy Emma Stone as Gwen is worth replacing Mary Jane.

In the end the movie promises to come up with Amazing Spiderman 2
